O R D E R S
When you receive an order confirmation from me your purchase order is accepted. I encourage you to save the order confirmation for any future contacts with me. I may deny a purchase order for various reasons, for example if you provide incorrect personal data and/or have a record of non-payment of debt.
I may cancel an order if the products ordered are sold out. I will then refund any amount paid and notify you about equivalent products if such are available.
All products ordered remain my property until I have received full payment for them.

Your orders are dispatched within 5 workdays of purchase. You will get a confirmation mail after your purchase.
W I T H D R A W A L
ATTENTION: Returning your sweater order is not possible. The products are handmade and each one is different. Read the size information carefully. I have included important information like arm length etc. to make it as easy as possible for you to be safe about your order. However if the sweater does not fit it also looks good hanging on the wall in a nice frame :)
